Shannon is our Practice Administrator. She is from Northern Delaware and became part of the Eastern Shore 24 yrs ago. She attended and graduated from Widener University with her Bachelors degree. Shannon has been assisting patients at our practice for over 24 years. She is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service to you whether you are a new patient or a life long patient. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding of how the dental procedures will be carried out so that the patient has a better understanding before starting their treatment. Shannon is well versed in dental insurance plans and financial options to help assist you with your dental payment needs. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.
